A 90 minute integrated yoga class including asana (flowing sequences of yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), kriya (energy shifting and activating exercises), meditation (deep inward stillness) and savasana (a lovely long relaxation)
All levels of experience are welcome to these classes.
